The eggs and the guards sit on the same side of that line and still do not match each other. Both of the game's two named eggs got their name from that artwork — the T-Rex Egg and Eternal Phoenix Egg thumbnails spell the name out as text on the image itself. None of the four guard creatures did: the same artwork draws each one just as clearly, in the same four images, and gives none of them a label.
