Steal An Egg Speed: every reported figure, and who reported it

The game tells you to chase Speed. No first-party surface this site has audited tells you how much you need — the numbers people quote come from outlets, not from the developer, and they describe several different actions. Below, each figure sits under the action it was written about, in the sentence it was written in.

That last figure is derived, not typed: it counts the groups backed by a first-party record. It reads zero because no Roblox surface this site has audited states a Speed number, and it will stop reading zero on its own if one ever does.

Reported figures, grouped by the action they describe

These groups are in reading order — Cherry Blossom, then Titan Temple — not in order of size or difficulty. Nothing here ranks them against each other, because the sources do not describe one progression.

Outspeeding the Guardian to reach the Crane egg

Two outlets give a minimum here and they word the boundary differently, so both sentences are printed rather than averaged into one figure.

Escaping the Guardian consistently, solo

One outlet’s own refinement of its own minimum above. It is a narrower claim about the same action, not a second threshold.

General progression into the Cherry Blossom area

Reported by one outlet as an area threshold. It is not stated as a Guardian figure, and this site does not file it as one.

Stealing eggs reliably once inside the Cherry Blossom Zone

A different action from escaping the Guardian: this is about what happens after you are already in the zone.

The Titan Temple biome requirement

A single-outlet figure with no corroboration anywhere this site has looked.

Full context for the Cherry Blossom groups is on the Sakura Incubator page, and for Titan Temple on the Monster update page. Those pages own these records; this one imports them.

Why these figures are not rival answers

They get set against each other as if one had to be wrong. Both are reported accurately — they are about different things. One outlet separates a Guardian minimum from a consistent-solo range, and both of its numbers are about the Guardian. A different outlet separates general area progression from reliable egg-stealing, and neither of its numbers is about the Guardian.

So the only claim both of those outlets jointly support is the weak one: each states a lower figure and a higher figure for a distinction of its own. They are not two witnesses to the same distinction, and this page does not present them as such.

The Guardian minimum has a second problem the quotes above show directly: one outlet’s wording excludes the boundary value and the other’s includes it. This page prints both sentences rather than choosing, because a single merged threshold would be a figure neither outlet published.

The Free Gift is a reward, not a threshold

It turns up in Speed searches, so it is here — but it belongs in its own section. It is Speed you are reported to receive, not Speed you need in order to reach anywhere.

A one-off Free Gift reward

Filed apart from everything above on purpose: this is Speed you are reported to receive, not Speed you need to reach somewhere.

Where Speed comes from

The game description names the mechanism and stops there.

Game description, verbatim: "⬆️ Upgrade your treadmill and base" and "🏃 Train on the treadmill to gain Speed".

It states a mechanism and no figures: no rate, no upgrade cost and no tiers appear in it. That is why this page carries no estimate of how long any reported figure takes to reach — nothing this site has audited supplies the inputs for one.

What this site has not found

  • Any first-party figure. No Roblox surface, in-game text or developer post audited by this site states a Speed number.
  • How fast Speed accumulates. No treadmill rate and no upgrade cost has been published anywhere we have looked.
  • Whether these are hard gates or soft targets. The reports describe what their writers found workable; none states a rule the game enforces.
  • Whether any figure still holds after an update. No outlet we track has revisited its number, and an unchanged figure here is not evidence that the game kept it.

Questions

How much Speed do you need for the Cherry Blossom Zone in Steal An Egg?
Outlets report two different actions and this page keeps them apart. For outspeeding the Guardian to reach the Crane egg: "The Crane is Epic rarity and the sole requirement for unlocking the Sakura Incubator; in its own words, "To outspeed the monster that guards the Crane egg, you need more than 2.5 billion speed"" (https://esports.gg/guides/roblox/crane-steal-an-egg/, seen 2026-08-29) "hit 2.5 billion speed minimum (2.9-3.5 billion for consistent solo escapes) and outrun the Guardian yourself" (https://www.u7buy.com/blog/crane-steal-an-egg/, seen 2026-08-29) Those two sentences disagree about whether the boundary value itself counts, so no merged figure is given. For stealing eggs reliably once already inside the zone: "Complete Sakura Incubator guide naming the Cherry Blossom Zone as "the last zone of the map"" (https://progameguides.com/roblox/complete-steal-an-egg-sakura-incubator-guide/, seen 2026-08-29) "How to unlock and use the Sakura Incubator, including the 150% charge cap, the two mutation outcomes, and its own "You need at least 3.5B speed" line for the Cherry Blossom Zone" (https://beebom.com/steal-an-egg-sakura-incubator-guide/, seen 2026-08-29) "The Cherry Blossom area has a lower progression threshold around 2.5B Speed, while roughly 3.5B+ Speed is a more comfortable target for reliable Egg stealing runs." (https://www.lolga.com/news/steal-an-egg-crane-sakura-incubator-guide-lolga, seen 2026-08-29) No first-party Roblox surface this site has audited states a Speed number; the game description names the treadmill as the mechanism and gives no figures.
How much Speed does Titan Temple need in Steal An Egg?
One outlet has published a figure: "There is a 7 billion Speed requirement, so get ready to grind on the treadmill." (https://techwiser.com/steal-an-egg-monsters-are-coming-update/, seen 2026-08-31) No other source this site has audited corroborates it, which is why it is labelled Reported rather than Official. No first-party Roblox surface this site has audited states a Speed number; the game description names the treadmill as the mechanism and gives no figures.
How do you get Speed in Steal An Egg?
From the Roblox game description, the only first-party surface this site has audited that mentions Speed: "Game description, verbatim: "⬆️ Upgrade your treadmill and base" and "🏃 Train on the treadmill to gain Speed"." (https://www.roblox.com/games/107778070777162/Steal-An-Egg, seen 2026-08-31) It names the mechanism and states no figure — no rate, no upgrade cost, no tiers — so this page gives no estimate of how long any reported figure takes to reach.
Are the Steal An Egg Speed requirements official?
No. Every numeric Speed figure on this page was published by a third-party outlet and is badged Reported. No first-party Roblox surface this site has audited states a Speed number; the game description names the treadmill as the mechanism and gives no figures. Anyone presenting these numbers as the developer's word is presenting someone else's report as official.
